For any Rap song to receive the immediate attention of its audience it has to have a "beat" that moves you to dance or bounce. I would go as far as to say we've accomplished that. The other thing we set-out to do was to address the rejection, frustration and slough that many of us feel when we fail to achieve our dreams.
"We're Gonna Make It" is intended to give you back what has been taken away from you, especially your ability to ask for help when you need it. When it looks as though no one cares, find that solider within you to "Press On" through the storm, through the rain, over the troubled waters to get to that place you call happy. While doing so, find a reason to smile and don't forget to drop some bread crumb along the way…
